About Us

WHO WE ARE

KUNAISA (Kuna International Services Authority) is a regulatory authority backed by the Kuna de Wargandí Tribe to issue, regulate, and supervise international licenses within its territory in Panama.
We were created with a mandate to establish a solid regulatory framework for Forex, VASP, and iGaming licenses, contributing to Panama’s regulatory reputation and providing greater certainty to the international market.
KUNAISA was created by order and Regional Resolution of the Kuna de Wargandí Tribe, recognized by Law 34 of July 25, 2000, which grants us economic, financial and operational independence and autonomy.
